TPHA is an Organization Run By Volunteers

It's how we foster skill-building and professional development in our members and keep costs to participate affordable.

Members should complete an Interest Inventory form to let us know about the special talents and skills that you want to share for the benefit of the Association.  Interest Inventory forms can be found on the Member Welcome Page.

The Tennessee Public Health Association is operated by its members primarily through their volunteerism on committees that perform important functions such as advocacy, program development, event planning and implementation, public relations and community outreach, and membership recruitment and retention among many others.  Volunteering to serve on committees provides our members opportunities for networking, leadership development and skill-building while sharing their talents, knowledge and experiences for the benefit of the Association.   If you are interested in serving on one of TPHA's committees, join TPHA by clicking on the button below and complete an Interest Inventory telling us what you enjoy doing and how you would like to get involved.  All members are welcome and encouraged to get involved!
