CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION
CPH RECERTIFICATION CREDIT
This program was approved for Certified in Public Health (CPH) continuing education credits by the University of Memphis School of Public Health, an approved provider by the National Board of Public Health Examiners. Up to 4 CPH Recertification Credits may be earned at the East TN event; 6 CPH Recertification Credits may be earned at the Middle TN event; and 5 CPH Recertification Credits may be earned at the West TN event. CHES
This program was pre-approved for Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) continuing education credits by the Tennessee Public Health Association, a designated provider for the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC). Up to 2 CHES Continuing Education Contact Hours (CECH) in Category I may be earned at the East TN event; 3 CHES CECH at the Middle TN event; and 2 CHES CECH at the West TN event.
