CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION
CPH RECERTIFICATION CREDIT This program was approved for Certified in Public Health (CPH) continuing education credits by the University of Memphis School of Public Health, an approved provider by the National Board of Public Health Examiners. Up to 4 CPH Recertification Credits may be earned at the West TN event on March 27; up to 5 CPH Recertification Credits may be earned at the Middle TN event on April 8; and up to 3 CPH Recertification Credits may be earned for the East TN event on April 10. To receive recertification credit, log this activity in CPH Central: https://www.nbphe.org/stay-certified/
CHES
This program is pending approval for Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) continuing education credits by the Tennessee Public Health Association, a designated provider for the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC). Up to 4 CHES Continuing Education Contact Hours at the Middle TN event; up to 2 at the West TN event, and up to 3 at the East TN event can be earned.
To receive CECH hours, (1) complete the survey found here, and (2) then contact Kelsey Fryer at [email protected] with the number of sessions you attended.
CHES credits are submitted to NCHEC on a quarterly basis and the next report is due July 15, 2026. This will include March 27 CEs earned because of the late date in the quarter.
Dental CE
To request Dental CE certificates, email [email protected] and indicate if you attended the full day or which sessions you attended if less than the full day.
